Easy Recipe: Fried Chicken and Mixed Fried Rice

So, we have uncooked leftover chicken drumsticks and rice from the dinner before. Here's what anyone can do with that:

What you need:
For marinading-
Chicken Pieces for frying
2 Eggs
1/2 c milk

For coating mix:
Some flour
Smoked Paprika
Peri-Peri Salt
Pepper
Garlic Salt
Chicken Bouillon pressed down


For mixed fried rice:
Leftover marinade
Some butter
1 Canned ham cubed small
Desired seasonings


Work it:
  1. Make some slits into the chicken pieces. Marinade the chicken for about an hour.
  2. Fry in good frying oil (vegetable oil, rice bran oil,) with pan lid on.
  3. Discard most of the oil and leave some for the fried rice.
  4. Put about a tbs of butter in.
  5. Put the rice and ham in.
  6. Pour remaining marinade and mix well.
  7. Cover and allow to be heated some minutes. Turn and mix rice once in a while.
  8. Serve.
