Easy Recipe: Fried Chicken and Mixed Fried Rice
So, we have uncooked leftover chicken drumsticks and rice from the dinner before. Here's what anyone can do with that:
What you need:
For marinading-
Chicken Pieces for frying
2 Eggs
1/2 c milk
For coating mix:
Some flour
Smoked Paprika
Peri-Peri Salt
Pepper
Garlic Salt
Chicken Bouillon pressed down
For mixed fried rice:
Leftover marinade
Some butter
1 Canned ham cubed small
Desired seasonings

What you need:
For marinading-
Chicken Pieces for frying
2 Eggs
1/2 c milk
For coating mix:
Some flour

Peri-Peri Salt
Pepper
Garlic Salt
Chicken Bouillon pressed down
For mixed fried rice:
Leftover marinade
Some butter
1 Canned ham cubed small
Desired seasonings
Work it:
- Make some slits into the chicken pieces. Marinade the chicken for about an hour.
- Fry in good frying oil (vegetable oil, rice bran oil,) with pan lid on.
- Discard most of the oil and leave some for the fried rice.
- Put about a tbs of butter in.
- Put the rice and ham in.
- Pour remaining marinade and mix well.
- Cover and allow to be heated some minutes. Turn and mix rice once in a while.
- Serve.
