Easy Recipe: Creamed Ham and Tuna Pasta
I really go for easy recipes since I am not a skilled cook. Again, this one was easy to make and again, I was not able to shoot a pic for this one. This is a quick fix.
You'll need:
500 grams spaghetti noodles
1 Can Spiced Ham or any
1 big can of tuna, drained
1 cup of cream or for substitute- 3/4 c fresh milk with 1/3 c melted butter
1 onion
4 garlic cloves
Cheese slices, cut into cubes for easy melting and mixing
Butter
You'll have to:
1. Semi-dry the tomatoes in pan under low heat. Add in salt, oil, and herbs. Fork down to release and dry juices midway.
2. Cook pasta to almost done.
3. Heat oil and saute onion, then garlic.
4. Mix in tuna and ham. Cook a bit.
5. Add in cream or substitute and slow heat for a while.
6. Season with herbs as desired.
7. Add in semi-dried tomatoes.
8. Mix in pasta then cheese up as desired. Disitribute cheese as it melts.
9. Turn off heat. Serve.
