Devotional: Change into the image of Christ
And all of us, as with unveiled face, [because we] continued to behold [in the Word of God] as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are constantly being transfigured into His very own image in ever increasing splendor and from one degree of glory to another; [for this comes] from the Lord [Who is] the Spirit. 2 Corinthians 3:18 AMPC
“Don`t care about what image others around you may have and don`t look to the world to tell you what yours should be like. You have an image of what God wants you to be， what He has created you to be.” J.F.
I am reminded that a Christian is not to simply fit in. He is not to be an unthinking follower of worldly trends. He is not to look to the world to solely tell him what to value and how to value things in this life. All the positive and right things we ought to learn， the Bible provides， and more. And Christ is who we should aim to be like (and please) in this life.
