Devotional: Answered Prayers

"Beloved, if our heart does not condemn us, we have confidence before God; and whatever we ask we receive from him, because we keep his commandments and do what pleases him. Whoever keeps his commandments abides in God, and God in him." 1 John 3:21-22, 24
The only way to answered prayers is to abide, and we abide by following His expressed will in our lives and to pursue the pleasure of God in everything we do. When we abide, we are able to determine God's very will and purpose for us individually, and anything asked in harmony with God's will will always be answered favorably
