Meditations

Genesis 2:7
Then the Lord God formed man from the dust of the ground and breathed into his nostrils the breath or spirit of life, and man became a living being. AMPC

Thoughts
God is a creative creator. With His Word He can make wonderful things. With man, He chose to be even more creative and demonstrative, perhaps, to bless His creation with a chance to witness Him creating something. How greatly awed must all of His creation be, including the animals (they were created before man was) as He fashioned man from the ground and breathed into His very nostrils the breath of life. What man only imagined years and years later to depict in Sci-Fi movies, Genesis 2 has already described and told us way, way ahead!

Genesis 2:15, 19
And the Lord God took the man and put him in the Garden of Eden to tend and guard and keep it. AMPC
And out of the ground the Lord God formed every [wild] beast and living creature of the field and every bird of the air and brought them to Adam to see what he would call them; and whatever Adam called every living creature, that was its name.  AMPC

Thoughts
The Great, Perfect Creator blessed his Creation with freedom and responsibility over His creation. This is just wonderful to think about. While OCD's and perfectionist superiors and family members have difficulties trusting and allowing their workers and kin to do things around them and for them, God did not mind at all. He gave Adam leeway and whatever Adam decided, God allowed it to be so. God really knows how to treat people right.
